Rockford Man Faces Charges From North Alpine Fatal Crash

According to WIFR Joshua Thomas has been charged in the fatal car crash on North Alpine, that took place Monday morning. Mr.Thomas has been charged with:

Reckless homicide, aggravated DUI involving death and aggravated DUI involving great bodily harm.

Speed and alcohol were factors in this fatal crash.
