Rockford Made Whiskey Now Available

This Friday night my guy and I decided to have a couple of beers, so I stopped by the neighborhood liquor store to grab a 12pack.

When I parked I noticed this sign in the window:

The words "Spirit of Rockford" caught my eye. How cool is that, a locally made spirit.

GrantView Distillery are the ones behind the locally made whiskey, 40 Winks.

If you're wanting to get your hand on a bottle the only places carrying it are Cork, Keg, & Spirits, inside Edgebrook, or Loves Liquor & Wine, on N. 2nd St. in Loves Park.

The Loves Park location is where I saw it. Funny side note on that location, it once was the bank my parents went to when I was a kid. Now I buy beer there.
