Rockford, Killinois? What could This Possibly be?

I was downtown last Friday when this dude on his bike swerved in front of me.

The light was red, and his jacket was eye-catching. I snapped this picture as the light turned green and then wondered all weekend, what the heck is "Rockford Killinois".

Apparently this is a thing, and apparently, I need a car wash. So here is what I came up with, here are my Top Five Things "Rockford Killinois Could Be":

• Fantasy Football Team Name - I've heard a lot worse, you should see my league.
• A Local Earplug Company - Wanna "kill the noise" check out our earplugs!
• Sign Language Punk Band - They stand on stage and sign to MC5 and Ramones covers.
• Ten Speed Bike Gang - He was on a bike, and the logo is pretty tough.
• Muffler Repair Shop - Is your car being too loud, come see Rockford Killinois
