Rockford Ice Cream Man Was Robbed

An ice cream man was robbed in Rockford.

"Police have a teenage suspect in custody after he allegedly robbed a Rockford ice cream cart vendor. He pointed a gun at him, demanded money, and also got away with a bag of ice cream bars."

Are you kidding me? Is this how bad it's gotten in Rockford?

The poor guy pushing around the ice cream cart all day gets robbed. I see the ice cream vendors in my neighborhood all the time. I can't believe someone would do that to one of them.

How much money could an ice cream man actually have on him? It can't be a lot. Plus, the kid stole product from him to add insult to injury.

First pizza delivery guys and now this.

I really hope Chief O'Shea and Mayor McNamara can get this crime thing under control.
