1995 - Jon Bon Jovi's wife, Dorothea, give birth to their son Jesse James Louis.

1985 - Mick Jagger released his first solo album titled "She's The Boss."

1981 - George Harrison was ordered to pay ABKCO Music for the "subconscious plagiarism" of the Chiffons' "He's So Fine" for his song "My Sweet Lord." The fine was $587,000.

1980 - AC/DC lead singer Bon Scott died in London at 33. He died as a result of choking on his own vomit after drinking heavily.

1972 - Paul McCartney released "Give Ireland Back to the Irish." It was immediately banned by the BBC.
