2003 - Great White played their first gig since a fire at one of their shows in Rhode Island killed a hundred people. The show established a scholarship fund for the son of guitarist Ty Longley, who died in the fire.

1998 - Steven Tyler injured his knee at Aerosmith's concert in Anchorage, Alaska. He needed surgery, so the band had to postpone the remaining 14 dates on their North American tour.

1976 - Bruce Springsteen was escorted off the premises at Graceland after he climbed over the fence in an attempt to meet Elvis Presley.
