Reindeer Games Return To Boylan High School

The second annual holiday tournament will be held on December 28th and 30th. 

WROK is delighted to be partnering with Boylan high school to bring the second annual Reindeer Games Girl's Holiday Tournament to Rockford.

This year the tournament has expanded to 12 teams:

• Eastland
• Burlington
• Dakota
• Harlem
• McHenry
• Belvidere North
• Freeport Aquin
• Woodstock Marian

It's been a joy working with Paul Perrone, Boylan girl's head basketball coach and Rockford basketball legend, putting this event together. Paul wanted to put on a tournament that was better than most and has definitely succeeded. From gift bags and hospitality rooms for the players to a dinner for the coaches, Paul rolls out the red carpet for his guests. It's an event that WROK is proud to represent and the community should be proud to host.

WROK's Friday Night Hoops team of Joe Dredge and Dave Perrone will be there to broadcast two games. We will pick one game on Saturday during pool play and then broadcast the championship game Monday night at 7PM.
