Rockford native Fred VanVleet is one game away from winning an NBA Championship!

Even if you're not a Toronto Raptors fan, that's pretty cool. But I'd say it's safe to say there's a lot of honorary Raptors fans in the 815 right now and for good reason.

Toronto currently leads the Golden State Warriors 3-1 in the series.

VanVleet will be playing tonight even after leaving Game 4 Friday night after taking Shaun Livingston's elbow to the face while battling for a rebound.

The Auburn HS graduate received seven stitches and had to have most of his tooth reattached after that incident.

To cheer on the hometown hero the Rockford City Market pavilion will be turning into Jurrasic Park RKFD.

The free viewing party will begin at 6pm and local food and beverage trucks will be on hand.

In addition to the food and beverage trucks, the Fvvshop Pop-Up Store will be there with the VanVleet signage for photo opportunities.
