There are some things that are better said face to face. If you can't see yourself doing that, you should probably stay away from putting it in an email.

Unfortunately this student did neither, and to top it all off, he was drunk.

That's an embarrassing email to send anyone, much less a professor at your college or university.

There is a silver lining to this drunk emailer's cloud. The professor's response was on point and hilarious.

Some doubt the validity of the Reddit post, however I think if it's going to be fake, it better be good.
