Mick Jagger’s Girlfriend L’Wren Scott Found Dead

Mick Jagger's girlfriend L'Wren Scott was found dead this morning from an apparent suicide in a luxurious Manhattan apartment.

According to NY Daily News:

Scott's body, discovered hanging from a scarf tied to a doorknob in her apartment on 11th Avenue, was found by assistant after she received a text from Scott asking her to come over.

L'Wren Scott was known to the world first as a fashion designer and second as Mick's lady.

A spokesperson for Mick Jagger says that he is completely devastated and shocked to hear the news. According to the Hollywood Reporter:

New York Police Department spokesman could not confirm the identity of the woman, but said she was 49 years old and had been found unconscious and unresponsive. The NYPD will not identify her until the family is notified.
