A UK man is facing charges after being caught trying to smuggle drugs into Belgium.

Originally arrested in February, he was caught with cocaine when he arrived on a flight at a Brussels airport from Jamaica.

He initially failed the drug test, but border agents found the presence of cocaine, which prompted them to take him to the hospital for further examination. He was then found to be hiding cocaine inside an artificial penis.

The man explained to investigators that he was visiting his mom in Jamaica when an acquaintance offered him cocaine. His only intention was personal use, not to distribute or sell the drug.

Prosecutors couldn't make the charges of "drug mule" stick, but they still pushed for a 36 month sentence. He was found guilty.

He'll be sentenced on June 24th.
