Looks Like There’s A New Taco Joint Working From Inside A Rockford Banquet Hall

I'll be honest with you here, I've never been to Harmony Banquets but I feel like that might change this weekend.

According to Harmony Banquets on Facebook, they're located at 1104 15th Avenue in Rockford.

Take a look at some of the photos shared on HarmonyBanquets.com, and you'll see a pretty gorgeous looking hall, that hosts "social events, weddings, quinceñeras, & other special events."

Well, in the COVID-era, most of those social events aren't happening if at all. Places like these need to find other ways to make ends meet.

That might explain why just three days ago they said "Birria Tacos are back!" on Facebook.

So it sounds like Birria Tacos are being sold at Harmony Banquets based on what I'm reading. The Facebook post also mentions the tacos are only sold Friday through Sunday 11a-6p, but they do offer free delivery.

It's a small menu, which to me is always a good thing.
