As Winnebago County approaches these COVID setbacks again on Saturday, local restaurants and bar owners are planning a meeting this Thursday.

From Facebook comes details of a meeting for local owners, to talk about their rights as small business owners in Winnebago County. Here are the details:

What: Restaurant & Bar Mitigation Meeting/Guest speaker Thomas Devour from Silverlake Group LTD
When: Thursday, 6 pm - 7:30 pm
Where: Giovanni's & Alchemy 610 N. Bell School, Rockford
Why: Guest speaker Thomas Devour, will be giving his legal opinion in regards to the rights as small business owners.

They ask that no more than two representatives from each establishment attends. Here is a public setting for local bar and restaurant owners to get together and discuss options for this next "shut down."
