Stay in This ‘Stranger Things’ Themed Suite in Indiana
Take a little trip into the Upside Down right here in Indiana.
Graduate Hotel in Bloomington, Indiana offers a complete Stranger Things experience, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the world of Hawkins. The Stranger Things Suite hosts up to four guests, has two bathrooms, and one king-sized bed along with access to the 4-star hotel's many amenities such as wi-fi, Malin + Goetz Products, and in-stay texting for requests.
Transport yourself to the 80s where you'll stay in Joyce Byer's living room complete with floral wallpaper, pull-out sofa, and Christmas lights. The attention to detail in this suite will have you forgetting you are in southern Indiana.
The walls are lined with Christmas lights as well Will's tunnel maps and Joyce's scrawled alphabet. Every corner of the room is full of props and decor that are direct references to the show.
The suite's dedication to realistic details doesn't stop there. Guests are encouraged to bring their laptops if they are hoping to watch any shows as the television provided in the room is true to the show's time period.
Next door, guests will find the Byer's basement. Decked out in wood paneling, the room comes with oversized walkie talkies and retro board game including Dungeon and Dragons, of course. You can even wear Will's purple wizard cloak during the game.
As if the experience isn't a cool enough reason, a percentage of the proceeds are donated to Bloomington's WonderLab Science Museum. There's no reason not to book now for a weekend away in Hawkins!
