When my kids were smaller, I remember spending $20 or more on a costume and wishing that there were more events than just trick-or-treat night where they could wear it.  It just seemed like a waste to only wear those costumes once.  Today, there is!  In fact, there are over 20 different trunk-or-treat types of events in and around the Rochester, Minnesota area that you can show up for with your kids in their costumes.  If that sounds amazing, check out the list below.
