I'll Sell You Beachfront Property if You're Gullible

Remember when you were younger and if you were gullible someone would say "well if you're gullible, then I've got a beachfront property in Indiana state to sell you!"  Or sometimes they'd insert other landlocked states into that phrase.  While Indiana is landlocked due to the fact there is no ocean access to the state, however, there is lake access, and there IS beachfront property in the Hoosier state.  Case in point, this incredible house that looks like it would be sitting on the beach in a tropical location, but it's sitting on a beach in Indiana.

Not only is this house sitting beachfront near Lake Michigan, but this house looks like it fell out of a tropical setting and just happened to land in Indiana.  It's gorgeous.  This home was built in 1933 and is a bright pink marvel.  However, there is a caveat, whoever wants to live in this house does have to open it to the public once a year because of its history.  This home was a part of the Homes of Tomorrow Exhibition and a part of the 1933 World's Fair.
