His name is Donald Eugene Fields II and he is believed to be in or near Franklin County, Missouri. Here are the details provided by the FBI about why this Missouri man is now among the 10 most wanted in America:

Donald Eugene Fields II is wanted for the alleged sex trafficking of at least one child in Missouri between approximately 2013 and 2017. It is alleged that he did knowingly attempt to recruit, entice, harbor, transport, provide, obtain, maintain, patronize and solicit a person whom he believed was under the age of l8 years and would be caused to engage in a commercial sex act.

While Donald Eugene Fields II was born in Kentucky, he has lived and is believed to possibly be in Franklin County, Missouri although he's been seen in the past in Florida, too. He still has family in Missouri which is one of the reasons it's suspected that he is either in Missouri or will return there.
