FEMA Map Shows Potential Nuclear Targets In Wisconsin
It's almost impossible to imagine a scenario where the world could be turned upside down in a matter of hours, but it is possible if countries start launching nukes at each other.
If the unthinkable happens and someone decides to launch a nuclear weapon, which would certainly lead to a nuclear response from the target, all bets are off at that point, and the world would be in real danger of total collapse, and it could all happen in a matter of hours.
In 2015, a map was leaked that showed a list of potential nuclear targets in the United States, the map was significant because it was put together by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), although FEMA denies the map was put together by them, it certainly looks authentic and the targets match up with what many experts think are actual targets a country like Russia or China would be likely to hit in the event of a nuclear attack.

List of Nuclear Targets in Wisconsin
Let's take a look at what cities in Wisconsin are most likely to be targeted:
Milwaukee / Racine Area
Milwaukee is Wisconsin's most populated metro area, and the area that includes Racine is an industrial hub for the state and the region, home to many important manufacturing and industries, the Milwaukee / Racine area would be a top target.
Two Rivers / Manitowoc
You might be wondering why the Two Rivers and Manitowoc area on the shores of Lake Michigan would be a target, energy is the reason. Two Rivers is home to Wisconsin's only operational nuclear power plant, the Point Beach Nuclear Plant produces 16.5% of all electricity in Wisconsin, so you can see why it would be a valuable target.
Madison
It might not be an initial target of a nuclear strike, but most state capitals would be hit in the worst case scenario, so Madison would most certainly be hit in the case of an all out nuclear war.
Fort McCoy
Wisconsin's only military base is Fort McCoy, which is located in between Tomah and Sparta. The Army base has 60,000 acres that they use for large scale training exercises, and being in Wisconsin the base can offer training in all 4-seasons. Most military installations would be hit first in a nuclear exchange between superpowers.
Superior
The city of Superior would unlikely to be a target, but neighboring Duluth would most certainly be one of the first targets as it is home to the 148th Fighter Wing, and any strike on that base which is located at the Duluth International Airport would also destroy Superior.
