Could there be a lagoon located in Illinois that is named after Def Leppard?

The internet is such an interesting world. It's hard for it to surprise me anymore. I do get excited when I see something entertaining. Especially, if it makes me laugh.

Here's a perfect example.

I would like to thank the Illinois Department of Transportation for posting this on their Twitter page.

There are a couple of possible answers. Logic says it a spelling mistake on Google Maps. Maybe, the lagoon owner is a huge fan of the band and named it after them.

I did a search on the web and I couldn't find much.

Here's the satellite picture from Google Maps.

Do you think Def Leppard Lagoon is a real place?
