In 1945 Rockford was visited by a B-25 Bomber and we are healthier because of it, right?

A B-25 Bomber was used to dump gallons of DDT of The Forest City in 1945, to help rid Rockford of  The Polio Epidemic.

Flying at an altitude of 150 ft, this B-25 Bomber shot DDT vapor out of a pipe and sprayed down the town.
