Illinois Employers Struggling with Setting Workplace Marijuana Policies

The date recreational marijuana becomes legal in Illinois is not that far away. Many businesses are not sure how to implement usage policies.

You can still be tested for drugs at work, but you can't be discriminated against for off-site and off-hours usage of marijuana, according to mystateline.com.
