When I was young and dumb, my friends would do lots of stupid things. There was one good thing, none of us wanted to get arrested, so we didn't take it to that level. We didn't want to face our parents if we did.

This incident involves stealing food. It's a new form of dining and dashing. It happened at a McDonald's in Elmhurst. Definitely not the meal to get arrested for. I bet he was drunk. The suspect entered the fast food joint, went into the kitchen, grabbed a bag of food, and took off without paying.

I don't think he even had a chance to finish his fries before he was busted. He must've been really hungry because he resisted arrest. He's from Wisconsin, and they must do things differently there.

According to Patch in Illinois, "A 24-year-old Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, man was arrested about 9 p.m. Sunday at McDonald's, 190 E. Butterfield Road, on charges of retail theft and resisting arrest. Police said the man entered the kitchen, grabbed a bag of food, and left without paying. He was released."
