Rockford IceHogs Goalie, Jeff Glass, finally realizes his dream of playing hockey in the NHL by starting a game for the Chicago Blackhawks.

Dreams can really come true. Just ask Jeff Glass, the goaltender for the Rockford IceHogs and Chicago Blackhawks.

After playing several years in the Ottawa Senators minor league system and Russia, Glass wasn't sure if he would get his shot in the NHL.

Finally, he got his chance with the Chicago Blackhawks after being traded to the Rockford IceHogs in the middle of last season.

I talked to Jeff about getting the opportunity and about his experience from that game. Here's is a video of our conversation.

Before his call-up to Chicago, he was a weekly guest on my show. The goalie will still check in from time to time when he gets a chance.
