How to Use a Neti Pot [VIDEO]

Caution: This video is so gross.

I think I have the worst allergies on the planet. Every other week I come up with some sort of sinus problem, and what usually ends up happening is I have the worst spring ever.

Not this year my friends! No, no. I have my trusty Neti Pot.

All day at work I could feel my sinuses clogging, pressure in my head and I could hear the slight change in my voice. I am suffering from my horrible allergies once again.

I was walking around work all day saying, "Oh man, I can't wait to use my Neti Pot!" People at work were giving me really strange looks. Half of them have never heard of a Neti Pot or they think it's really scary and they will drown.

I promise that wont happen. I swear by my Neti Pot and thought what better way to show them how awesome it is than to do a video!

Seriously, I have a job where I can go play outside and shoot boogers out of my nose... cool!

So here goes nothing, try not to get creeped out!

Now that it is over, I feel like a whole new human.
