Harlem Grad Signs With Rockford Rivets

Rockford’s new Northwoods League baseball team The Rockford Rivets, has signed a Harlem Alum.

According to Rock River Times Former Harlem High pitcher Drake Robison, will make his debut with the Rockford Rivets this season.

He transferred from University of Mississippi to Iowa, and will sit out the 2016 season with the Hawkeyes.

The former All-Conference Harlem pitcher has been used both as a starter and reliever during his college career.

The Rockford Rivets will play their home games at the former Rockford Aviators Stadium.
