Happy National Peanut Butter Cookie Day, Yep I Can Bake

Not to brag, but my baking skills are pretty incredible.

I love hitting the gym and working to exhaustion. I've taken countless "bumps" in a wrestling ring that makes the next morning a struggle. Making myself "uncomfortable" in situations is the fuel on my fire. Oh and I love to bake.

Nothing calms me like trying to create and putting together a tasty treat. I can white knuckle it on my mountain bike not knowing what's ahead, but sampling the end result in my kitchen is pretty rocking.

It's National Peanut Butter Cookie Day, and I just put these bad boys together over the weekend. I realized that I was without peanut butter chips, so I used Peanut Butter Crunch Cereal..epic.

Double T (who is not a big peanut butter guy) was quoted as saying:

Just the right amount of peanut butter, they are really good.

Steph took her praise one step further by saying:

These cookies are the bomb, yo!
