After you're done exchanging gifts and eating plenty of Christmas treats, you can grab the family for a day of fun on the cheap. Plus, the weather for the week of Christmas will be pretty tolerable so there's no reason not to head to Milwaukee County Zoo for their "Frosty Free Week." Not everything will be free, but it's pretty dang close.

Milwaukee County Zoo will open in gates beginning Christmas Day (yes, they're open on Christmas) and keep admission for all at $0 until they close for the day on January 1, 2020. The hours are Monday through 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.,  and Saturday and Sunday, 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Bring the whole family and your friends for FREE during Frosty Free Week sponsored by Metro® by T-Mobile. Explore the winter-loving animals, then warm up in the Aviary or Aquatic and Reptile Center.

The parking fee remains in place at $12. Click here for more information.
