Riding bikes, chasing a Pokemon, swimming, chasing a Pokemon, whatever your kids are doing outside it is very important they stay hydrated.

Not taking your hydration serious during the heat of the summer can lead to big trouble. Headaches, dizziness, sick to the stomach, even passing out. Making sure the kids take five to hydrate is super important.

If you notice your kids breathing heavy, facial color changes, get them to take a break and drink water!
