Had a bad day, huh? Listening to this Queen song will change your entire day, according to a neuroscientist.

We all have bad days. It could be that someone opened their car door into yours, the grocery store bakery ran out of your favorite cookies or you woke up on the wrong side of the bed.

There are many reasons that may get you down, but the power of music can heal.

According to Thrillist.com, a neuroscientist names Dr. Jacob Jolij recently conducted a large and expansive research project on how music can improve people's moods.

Dr. Jolij determined that the beats per minute, or BPM, that makes a song feel good has an average tempo of 140 to 150 BPM. Which makes sense! I can't imagine a slower song putting getting me out of my sad state.

When push came to shove, Dr. Jolij came up with the Top 10 Happiest SongsWhat should come to no surprise is #1 on the list. It's Queen's 'Don't Stop Me Now.'

How could you be sad when you have the most amazing vocalist in all the land singing his heart out! Once the 44 second mark on the song hits, I can't help but push away my office chair and start dancing.
