Eddie Money Has Died At Age 70

One of our favorite guest, and songwriters, Eddie Money, passed away this morning. A tireless touring performer, and a great ambassador for rock and roll, Money lost his fight with cancer.

A statement provided by his family reads: “The Money Family regrets to announce that Eddie passed away peacefully early this morning. It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to our loving husband and father. We cannot imagine our world without him. We are grateful that he will live on forever through his music.”

He was old school--he loved performing, and always made time for us to promote shows, or just to catch up on life in general. And it was life in general that made his songs so relatable, and popular throughout the years.
