Do Rockford Joggers Poop in the Open?

Apparently if you run a lot you poop a lot. So does this happen in Rockford?

Out in Colorado there is a person that has been labeled the "Mad Pooper". A jogger that will simply go number two, wherever she wants.

According to Deadspin, Colorado Springs is being terrorized by this mad pooping jogger.

One of the neighbors that actually witnessed the "drop" was quoted as saying:

“’Are you really taking a poop right here in front of my kids!?’ She’s like, ‘Yeah, sorry!’”

Now Rockford has some amazing running trails, and when the weather is great like is has been recently the runnings are out in full force. Does this happen in Rockford? Do Rockford joggers pull over a pop a squat in the open?

Now according to this story apparently there is something behind this drop off, and there is a wiff of "revenge" in this delivery.
