Everyone is talking about the new TV mini-series 'Cosmos.' Host Neil deGrasse Tyson is the astrophysicist who hosts this program on subjects I'm barely qualified enough to read about. No doubt Mr. Tyson is the smartest guy in any room he is in, but when you slow his delivery down, he actually just the Jeff Spicoli of the 21st Century. Kick back and get ready to giggle.
