With temperatures climbing there are resources for you to be able to beat the heat and keep cool this summer.

Keep Cool Illinois also gives quick tips on how you can stay cool this summer. Suggestions include avoiding alcoholic beverages and replace it with water and natural juices. Try not to eat heavy meals and avoid or minimize physical activity. Make sure to check on neighbors, loved ones and pets.
