Chicago Now Has A Cookie Dough Bar
If you enjoy eating cookie dough, Chicago now has a place that sells it by the scoop.
I wish I could have been there for the grand opening celebration. I bet it was a tasty party.
According to timeout.com,
"Scooped Cookie Dough Bar is now open inside Water Tower Place, offering various flavors of safe-to-eat raw dough."
As a kid, when my Mom would bake cookies, I would always want to lick the bowl because I thought it was delicious.
She would get mad at me and say that I was going to get sick from eating raw cookie dough.
Now, I don't have to worry about that.
This new "cookie dough bar" in Chicago serves it up in an edible way. They use fresh ingredients, pasteurized eggs, and heat-treated flour.
Some of the flavors they make are cake batter, coconut-chocolate, monster and oatmeal chocolate chip.
Just like your favorite ice cream parlor, they serve up scoops of cookie dough. Plus, they have different toppings like sprinkles, cookies, and nuts.
I know where I'm going the next time I'm in Chicago.
