Creating a ship in a bottle is so 1983, it's all about making ships out of toothpicks.

Wayne Kusy, from Lincoln Square, Chicago has a passion. Big ships and little toothpicks.

This is his seventh replica of a ship, this one, the S.S. America is just about 14-feet long.

It's hard to believe the entire thing is made out of toothpicks!

Sure, there is some household string for the railing, a bunch of wood glue and a few dowel rods.

I have to say, I think this is incredible. I would never find enough patience to be able to do something like this.

According to WGN, you can see this work of art at the Black Couch Gallery off Diversey in Chicago starting tomorrow, April 15th from 7 pm. - 11 p.m.
