Beer to Thank for Less Beer Spillage

Turns out that the foam in your beer has amazing properties. According to FoxNews.com, a team of researchers did experiments using high-speed cameras, water, and glycerol. What they determined was that beer foam acts as a “stopper” which helps to prevent beer spillage when in a glass is in motion.

Turns out that foamy stuff helps keep more of your brew in your cup!

Now I know foam isn't the best thing to drink, but thank your bartender when he slides your foamy brew-ski down the bar.
