The Shedd Aquarium announced four baby penguins were born at their facility.

A few weeks before the lockdown, my family and I took a trip to Chicago to visit the Shedd Aquarium. It's been one of my favorite attractions to check out in the city since I was a kid. Now, my daughter is a big fan too. We went for her birthday.

The staff at the Shedd has been doing a great job trying to keep us entertained during the "stay at home" order. For example, they've been sharing videos of the penguins taking walks around the place and observing the other animals. A little bit of happiness during a difficult time.

Now, people are going to be even more excited to return to the aquarium because they just announced some great news.

According to abc7chicago.com,

"There will be plenty of new babies to see when The Shedd Aquarium reopens. Four penguins recently hatched and are all doing fine, staff says."

I can't wait to see them.
