Actor Robin Williams Dead After Apparent Suicide

Veteran actor and comedian Robin Williams has been found dead at his home in California.

According to a press release from the Marin County Coroner, sheriff's police and emergency personnel were dispatched to the home in Tiburon just before noon today after a report of an unconscious and not breathing male found in the residence.

The body was identified as Williams. According to the report, the 63-year-old Williams was last seen alive at the residence at 10 p.m. Sunday.

According to the release, the coroner's division believes the death to be a suicide due to asphyxia. A forensic exam with toxicology testing is scheduled for tomorrow.
