According to REBOOT Rockford is the Number Three Most Haunted City is Illinois!

It all starts with Rockford University and the evil laughter of past students. Also Twin Sister’s Woods, the Emma Jones Home, Coronado Theater, (Totally haunted) Faust Hotel, and the Camp Grant Museum and Command Post Restaurant are listed as "Haunted" in the Rockford area.
