USDA has released a statement on April 14th recalling Beech-Nut Classics Sweet Potato and Chicken baby food.

The reason it is being recalled is because the company received a complaint from a customer who found a small piece of glass in a jar of baby food and reported a mouth injury.

When you check the food jars, those that are being recalled expire in DEC 2016 and includes the product numbers 12395750815 through 12395750821. The product also has the establishment number P-68A inside the USDA mark of inspection.

If you have any questions about the recall, you can contact the Beech-Nut Consumer Hotline at 866-674-4446.
