Woman in Cat Shirt, Caught Poisoning Dog

I've never trusted people with too many cats, or that wear cat shirts.

Dateline, Colorado Springs....Margaret Werker was caught of video trying to poison her neighbors dog, while wearing a cat shirt. KKTV

Margaret isn't a very good throw, thankfully. While trying to toss some sort of poisoned food over the fence to the neighbors dog, it got caught on the top of the fence. The crazy cat lady was charged with aggravated cruelty to animals and had to pay $250 to the humane society. Personally I think she should have to take a bite of the food she tried to toss over the fence.
