Imagine finding a wallet with wads of $100's, $50's and $20's sticking out of it. That's exactly what happened to a woman in Wisconsin who found out it was all a scam, and it cost her.

It happened only 90 minutes of Rockford and could happen to you.

Finders keepers? Not in this case. The woman, who was not identified, was walking through a parking lot in Brookfield, WI. She was asked by another woman, who was not identified, if she dropped a anything. The woman who called her out showed her a wallet filled with cash. That's when the scam began that cost the unsuspecting woman $2000 of her own money.

Lesson learned. there is not such thing as free money! If you are ever asked provide some cash to prove you are "financially responsible", let that be a red flag.
