Wisconsin Man ‘Banned From All Libraries on the Face of the Earth’

A Racine, Wisconsin man got busted being super gross and received the following sentence, "Banned From All Libraries on the Face of the Earth." NYDailyNews

THIS is the greatest sentence, and the greatest punishment ever handed down. Judge Judy might even be jealous of this ruling! I don't know how a judge can hand this down without laughing, cracking a smile or puffing out their chest...gavel drop, yo!

Tyree S. Carter is charged with misdemeanor counts of lewd behavior and disorderly conduct...So do you want me to spell that out for you? Fine, he was caught masturbating in a public library. No details on fiction or non-fiction section. But, he did in fact APOLOGIZE to the arresting officer...so everything is fine. No, not really.

The Racine Public Library, 2013. The time and location of this fellas "lewd act." Still to this day he amazing sentence holds firm. Tyree had his bong set at $1000 and court records reveal what he was told:

"Stay out of all the libraries on the face of the earth."

That...is simply amazing. So here's your fine...Your jail time...oh, and you are never allowed to go to a library, EVER AGAIN...ANYWHERE.

I guess stick to your computer (he probably does) or invest in some sort or Mars travel and hope there is a library there? This is a STIFF penalty, that really leaves Tyree in a STICKY situation. Hopefully by a STROKE of luck, he has learned his lesson.
