Wisconsin DUI Suspect Tries To Run Away And Falls Down

After trying to run away from the police, a DUI suspect was arrested when he fell down.

I never understood the thought process behind trying to run away from the police after you've been caught. They already know who are. How about during a chase? The person jumps out of the car and takes off. The cops have your vehicle. It won't be long before they figure our your identity. You're causing yourself more trouble.

Obviously, in this situation, alcohol played a part in bad decision making.

According to mystateline.com,

"A vehicle driving without a front license plate caught the attention of a Beloit Police Officer. When the vehicle pulled over the driver got out of the car and began running. That was when the officer recognized the driver was intoxicated due to him falling a few times, causing him to receive cuts to his hand and head. The officer took him into custody."

Do yourself a favor, don't drink and drive.
