The Top Four Things We Worry About That Make Us Lose Sleep
If you're not losing sleep over something these days . . . well, with all due respect, scientists should kidnap you, study you, and maybe dissect you to figure out your secret. So maybe worry about that?
A new survey found the top four things we worry about that make us lose sleep. And they are:
- Money, 32%.
- Relationship problems, 20%.
- Work problems, 15%.
- Fear of missing out and other social life problems, 4%.
The survey also asked people what makes them happier: Spending money or saving money? And believe it or not, two out of three people say saving makes them happier, at least long term.
