The Pull Your Pants Up, Sign

In Laurel, Ms the Police Department and Mayor are asking citizens to pull their pants up in public.

Signs have been posted, yes legit street signs that read "Pull Your Pants Up, no one Wants to see Your Underwear".

I was not aware that the saggy pants look was still a thing. According to MSN NEWS NOW they have a serious issue with this. The PD purchased 50 signs to put up around the town!

Is it wrong to tell someone to pull their pants up? Is it wrong to not want to see a strangers underwear?
