When people thing firefighters and firehouses there is this misconception of all they do is sit around and cook and eat. While I have known a few local firehouses that can whip up an amazing chili, this is not really how it is.

Physical training and being in shape is very important for firefighters. Around most firehouse workout rooms, you will see the men and women getting after it.
