Talcott Free Library in Rockton Needs Your “Yes” Referendum Vote

The upcoming April 2nd referendum in Rockton, wiil tell the future of the Talcott Free Library.

According to Talcott a slight increase from tax payers will help with needed improvements and will keep things rolling.
