Want to see the new most affordable Illinois city for 2024? Prepare to be surprised.

If you've bought groceries recently, you know that the price of food continues to go up. That's true of all grocery stores as their costs go up also. But, there are 33 grocery locations in Illinois that were just called out as being much more expensive than the others. As a matter of fact, they're ranked among the most overpriced in America.

I'm no economics expert so perhaps it should be no surprise that I was surprised at the city in Missouri that has the poorest middle class right now. But, I'm guessing there's at least a chance it might surprise you, too.

Exercise improves your physicality, yes. But also lowers anxiety and boosts your "feel good" hormones, too! We need that--especially during quarantine.
