SUE The T. Rex Took A Super Cute Stroll Through An Empty Field Museum

Not be undone by a penguin at the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago, an extinct dinosaur made an appearance.

Although we're pretty sure it's not actually SUE the T. rex something that sure looked like SUE made its way around the now empty Field Museum.

First stop: Hall of Birds. Did you know birds are dinosaurs? It's true! Our small feathered friends of today are avian dinosaurs, descended from a group of two-legged dinosaurs known as theropods. This carnivorous group included intimidating types like Tyrannosaurus rex and velociraptors. As such, SUE is demanding we change the maps to read: Hall of Tiny Theropods. Sometimes you just can't win with an apex predator. ‍♀️

The Field Museum has been closed since last week due to coronavirus concerns, and these are the kinds of things that we need to get us through the tumultuous times.
